Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in HRSD for a fully remote Spain role. You will lead platform design, integrations, and strategy across HR services, influencing clients and internal teams with scalable, high-quality solutions.

The role requires CSA and CIS-HR certifications, 5+ years in ServiceNow, and strong integration and HR data knowledge. Expect a collaborative, growth-focused environment with global exposure and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
• 5+ years consulting, service management or software development
• CSA and CIS-HR certifications required
• Experience with HR case management and lifecycle events
• HRIS integration experience (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Knowledge of HR data model and data security
• Familiarity with Employee Center/Workplace modules
• Agile development environments"

Responsibilities

• Lead platform design, integration architecture and HR technology strategy
• Configure HR cases and Centre-of-Excellence segmentation in HRSD
• Build lifecycle events including onboarding and offboarding
• Design Employee Center and manage HR knowledge bases and data security
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and HRIS platforms
• Mentor developers and architects to ensure high technical quality
• Document integration approaches across architectural components
• Educate clients on suitable technical solutions
• Deliver a positive, value-adding client experience
• Provide technical coaching and oversight to delivery teams
