Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect specialized in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) for the telecom sector. You will provide technical leadership on platform design, integration architecture, and technology strategy while mentoring teams.

This role is fully remote within Spain and requires fluency in Spanish and English. Ideal candidates bring CSA, CIS-SPM, CIS-ITSM certifications, and hands-on SPM experience, including investment planning and roadmaps.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of General Consulting, Service Management, or Software Development.
• 3+ years of project/portfolio management implementations or PMO consulting.
• 2+ years with telecommunications clients or telco environments.
• CSA and CIS-SPM are required.
• CIS-ITSM + 2 more CIS certifications required.
• CTA/CMA desired.
• Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks is highly desirable.
• Degree in CS/IT; post-grad in software is a plus.
• Hands-on ServiceNow SPM: Demand, Project & Portfolio, Resource Management, Agile Development.
• Experience configuring Investment Planning and roadmaps in SPM.
• Knowledge of telco processes: network inventory, service assurance, BSS/OSS.
• TM Forum Open APIs familiarity.
• Development background: JS, HTML, CSS, JS frameworks, integrations.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• SDLC knowledge.
• ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (B2+).
