Huxley is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator for a long-term project in Barcelona focused on CMDB governance, data quality improvement, and ServiceNow optimization. This hybrid role involves managing the Configuration Management process and enhancing CMDB data quality.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and a robust understanding of IT infrastructure. Fluency in English is required. The contract is freelance, starting on the 14th of September with 1-2 days a week in the office.

Formación

• Proven experience in CMDB implementation and Configuration Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience in data governance and quality management.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the Configuration Management process.
• Oversee and improve CMDB data quality and audits.
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow CMDB.
• Coordinate with various teams for accurate CI management.
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance CMDB reliability.
