eDreams Odigeo is seeking a Senior SEM Specialist to join a top-tier European SEM team in Barcelona. You will design and deploy long-term PPC strategies across brands, products, and markets, driving automation and scalable campaigns that align with business goals.

You’ll lead data-driven optimization, manage high-budget accounts, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product, pricing, and analytics peers to unlock growth and ROI while maintaining industry standards.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in SEM/PPC.
• Experience with high 6-figure+ monthly budgets.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Bing.
• G Ads certification is a plus.
• Degree in a highly quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Build and drive long-term PPC strategies across brands and markets.
• Conduct complex data analysis to identify strategic patterns and risks.
• Plan, design, implement, and optimize SEM campaigns following best-in-class standards.
• Steer spend and revenue with optimal bid strategies to maximize ROI.
• Forecasting and scenario planning; foster experimentation and innovation.
• Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders; collaborate across teams.
• Mentor and guide the SEM team; promote continuous learning.
• Own quarterly strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-department collaboration.
