Henry Schein is seeking a Digital Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize PPC campaigns across the EMEA region in a fast-paced, international environment. This fully remote role sits within the Digital Marketing & Revenue Acquisition team and directly impacts business growth.

Responsibilities include launching campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels; optimizing shopping feeds; auditing accounts; and collaborating with Analytics to ensure accurate

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on PPC management (EMEA or international scope preferred).
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing large budgets and multi-country campaigns.
• High level of English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
• Monitor daily performance of EMEA PPC campaigns and implement optimizations.
• Lead Google Shopping campaigns, including feed management.
• Conduct regular audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure strategies align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create ad copy and assets using AI tools where applicable.
• Collaborate with Analytics to ensure accurate tracking.
• Report on KPIs and performance insights (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate).
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI and hit targets.
• Stay up to date with PPC best practices and trends.
• Support automation and AI-driven optimization.
• Contribute to SEO and broader digital strategy discussions.
• Assist in building and optimizing HubSpot landing pages, including A/B testing and CRO.
