Zeltek Digital seeks a seasoned B2B sales professional to identify, develop, and close commercial opportunities for SCADA systems and digital products across industrial and energy sectors.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering for tailored offers, managing tenders, and maintaining key accounts. The role offers a permanent contract with a hybrid work model and travel as needed.

Formación

• 3–5 years in B2B technical sales, industrial automation, energy, or digitalization sectors.
• Proven track record in solution selling / consultative sales.
• Experience managing tenders/RFPs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and manage business opportunities for SCADA systems and digital products through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Coordinate with engineering/technical teams to prepare tailored offers and respond to RFPs/tenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, EPCs, utilities, and industrial clients.
• Represent Zeltek Digital at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing in the SCADA/digitalization sector.
• Prepare and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning and go-to-market strategy for digital products.
• Support after-sales relationship to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
