DNV Germany Holding GmbH is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Operations team to provide hands-on support for SCADA systems deployed across remote renewable energy plants worldwide. The role combines systems administration, incident response, automation, and customer interaction to ensure availability and reliability of mission-critical infrastructure.

You will work closely with engineering teams and customers, automate routine tasks, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support for SCADA infrastructures deployed in remote customer sites.
• Investigate and resolve incidents affecting servers, virtualization platforms, networking components, and databases.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux-based environments.
• Support virtualized infrastructures and ensure platform availability.
• Contribute to incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks through scripting and tooling.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, customers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure service continuity and high service quality.
• Participate in operational improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and knowledge-sharing activities.
