Omega CRM, una empresa de Merkle, busca un Senior Salesforce Developer para diseñar y entregar soluciones potentes en Salesforce. Trabajarás en el diseño técnico, análisis de requisitos y estimación de esfuerzos, colaborando con el equipo para alcanzar objetivos y asegurar la calidad del software en un entorno ágil y orientado a resultados.

Se valorará experiencia en Sales Cloud/Service Cloud y certificaciones Salesforce.

Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia como Salesforce Developer.
• Experiencia en Sales Cloud y/o Service Cloud en el ecosistema Salesforce.
• Ingles excelente, hablado y escrito.

Responsabilidades

• Análisis de requisitos y diseño técnico de proyectos.
• Colaborar con el equipo para cumplir objetivos del proyecto.
• Realizar estimaciones de esfuerzo y planificar entregas.
• Mejorar el rendimiento de la aplicación y identificar riesgos técnicos.
• Documentar procesos y monitorizar métricas de rendimiento.
• Formar a usuarios finales y apoyar en la adopción.

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis.
• Participate in the technical design of projects.
• Perform effort estimations for projects.
• Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to achieving project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Identify potential technical risks within the project and propose alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
• Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
• Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
• Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software.
• Implement the latest technological advances and solutions.
• Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management.
• Produce technical documentation for completed projects.
• Actively contribute to the training of other team members.
• Collaborate within Omega’s community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.
• Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.

Requirements

• Knowledge / Experience Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
• Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
• Understanding of both Dev Ops/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
