Omega CRM Consulting in Spain seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager to support the HPS DU Campaign Automation Services by building and automating campaign journeys with strong technical leadership.

You will manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools, collaborate across marketing tech stacks, translate business needs into software enhancements, and contribute to the efficiency of the digital engagement environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.
• 2–3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign experience; knowledge of CDP is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web (API) calls.
• Technical marketing automation certification preferred (Architect or Developer ideal).
• Experience translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements.
• Exposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket) is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure campaign workflows and deliveries meet business needs and campaign briefs.
• Ensure high end-to-end quality and on-time delivery with measurement and QA.
• Own and optimize campaign processes, including platform automation and innovation.
• Provide technical spec input and UAT for software enhancements in marketing tools.
• Debug workflow issues, track platform bugs with IT, and document enhancements.
• Develop and test script enhancements (including JavaScript), API calls and schema extensions.
• Create and maintain technical workflows, templates, landing pages, and HTML content.
• Collaborate with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management Omnichannel.
