Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to drive marketing automation solutions across multiple touchpoints in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You will lead implementations, analyze campaigns, and contribute to architecture design using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related Martech tooling.

The role emphasizes cloud-based marketing strategies, experience with CRM platforms, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Proven experience creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Knowledge of Ampscript is a plus.
• Experience in database management and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Ability to manage marketing projects and evaluate performance.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, create, and recommend marketing automation and martech solutions.
• Conduct analysis on marketing automation implementations.
• Assist in high-level architecture design for cloud marketing solutions.
• Implement infrastructure and cloud marketing architecture.
• Create policies for activating automated communications along the customer journey.
• Perform basic and specialized marketing tasks.
• Ensure automated cloud activations are utilized effectively.
• Decide which processes to run in the cloud for marketing automation.
• Organize assets and automations for cloud implementation.
• Provide functional consulting to ensure smooth automated communications.
• Implement automated communications to meet customer needs at touchpoints.
• Adopt latest marketing tech advancements and tools.
• Conduct tests, diagnose errors, and resolve issues in martech tools.
• Document processes and track system performance metrics.
