Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Europe to drive premium Human Factors advisory services. This role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, handling sales from initial contact through contract execution while meeting ambitious quotas.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consultative sales in the medical device or life sciences sector, strong English skills, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Ability to travel including client visits and trade shows up to 30%.
• Strong business acumen and sales process knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and events attendance.
• Build trust with customers and identify opportunities in product development with HF solutions.
• Provide market input to guide future offerings and marketing strategy.
• Maintain priority relationships with key accounts throughout the year.
• Keep updated HF knowledge through training and research.
