Adform is seeking a Sales Director to lead business development and revenue growth from Madrid, coordinating with the Revenue & Operations team. The role targets mid-to-large advertisers, agencies, publishers, and retail media across local and international markets, leveraging Adform’s buy-side solutions with the Pre-Sales team.

You will drive strategy, secure new customers, and maintain a high-velocity pipeline while collaborating with Global Holding Group Agency and partners to maximize value.

Formación

• 10+ years in sales, including ad tech or media sales.
• Strong financial acumen and pipeline management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce with a track record of meticulous record-keeping.
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales processes to closure.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and convert leads to build a robust pipeline.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage opportunities and map stakeholders prior to onboarding.
• Translate client needs into Adform products and negotiate value.
• Gather competitor intelligence to differentiate Adform offerings.
• Maintain healthy sales velocity and strong pipeline.
• Keep real-time records in Salesforce and hand over to account management.
