Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Sales and Bid Manager Service to lead all phases of the sales process for the Sustainable Energy Systems portfolio. You will leverage negotiation skills and collaborate with New Unit Sales to craft service concepts and LTSA/O&M offerings for global customers.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a technical field or economics, 5+ years in service sales and bid management, fluent English, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in a technical/chemical field or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales and bid management, ideally in electrolysis or related industries.
• Experience with LTSA or O&M and managing bids and tender processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of the sales process and develop service concepts.
• Collaborate with New Unit Sales to identify and develop service scopes for customer projects.
• Support Service Project Managers in preparing and calculating additional scopes and upsells.
• Negotiate service contracts worldwide and manage risk from bid to handover.
• Drive energy transformation efforts.
