We’re expanding globally and seek analytics-minded bar-raisers to own growth, define new strategies, and lead a cross‑functional team across markets (up to 40 countries).

Formación
- +6 years in analytics & business roles.
- Experience building trust to lead teams or key projects.
- Experience in demand generation through search engines or marketplaces is a plus.
- Bachelor's in engineering or background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
- Data-driven with numbers guiding strategic decisions.
Responsabilidades
- Increase market penetration through organic channels.
- Define and establish new growth strategies to improve metrics.
- Take full ownership of decisions in your business line.
- Lead a cross-functional squad of 4+ people.
- Collaborate across markets and teams in a large international setup (up to 40 countries).
