Turner & Townsend in Spain is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver retail construction projects, driving success through tight control of time, cost and quality. You will lead stakeholder engagement, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure contracts with clients and sub-consultants align with policy.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with a background in civil engineering or construction management.

Competenze

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Construction Management or other relevant discipline.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Experience with retail projects and experience in the Spanish market.
Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
Good written and reporting skills.

Define overall success criteria: time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
Collaborate with cross-functional project team.
Check contracts for services with clients/sub-consultants in line with policy.
Project planning, including detailed project plan.
Advise on procurement of resources – design and construction.
Monitor performance using KPIs to improve project results.
Set up and manage the change control process.
Monitor and advise upon project finances/budgets.
Coordinate flow of project information with client through meetings and reports.
Produce formal project progress and other reports.
Manage design team and contractor per commission scope.
Develop appropriate contractor interface.
