Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to lead residential projects in Spain from feasibility through handover. You will coordinate with clients, design teams and contractors, ensure quality and safety, and manage procurement and costs across the full project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have a construction-related degree, 5+ years of PM experience in residential projects in Spain, and strong English/Spanish communication skills.

Formación

• Construction-related degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in construction/project management.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with client, developers, and design teams to align on project goals.
• Lead the establishment of project execution plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Ensure quality, health and safety, compliance, risk and environmental controls are in place.
• Set up and maintain project reporting, governance, and processes for the full project lifecycle.
• Lead the project team including stakeholders, design consultants, engineers, Contractors and suppliers.
• Manage documentation that aligns with the initial brief and corporate standards.
• Oversee procurement processes including RFPs, evaluations and contracting decisions.
• Monitor finances, cost reports and variations against budget.
• Maintain effective information flow between client, stakeholders and project partners.
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring safety and quality of works.
