Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Project Manager to join our Valencia team on a full-time basis. You will lead strategic projects, define procurement plans, and coordinate between the client, designers, and contractors in a fast-paced environment in Spain.

The role requires a degree in engineering or architecture and at least 5 years of PM experience in a technical setting, with fluency in Spanish and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years project management experience in a technical, complex environment.
• Familiar with full project life cycle from inception to post-project review.
• Strong knowledge of PM concepts, tools and techniques.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Define development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP).
• Monitor cost plan, master schedule, and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate client, consultants, designers, and contractors through effective communication.
• Ensure Quality Management System compliance with inspections, snag lists, and workflows in real time.
• Prepare monthly status reports for the client and Operations Management.
