Turner & Townsend in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Cost Management team. You will take ownership of immediate projects and work with a friendly, professional team to deliver value for clients in real estate and infrastructure sectors.

The ideal candidate has a recognized degree and substantial experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, preferably in consultancy, with fluency in English and Spanish and strong bid-writing skills.

Formación

• A recognized degree qualification.
• Experience as Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, ideally in consultancy.
• Sector experience across real-estate construction projects.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish, with strong report and bid-writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, and final account.
• Estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Tendering and procuring: manage the pre-qualification stage, produce the tender list, compile preliminaries, analyze tenders, produce tender reports and compile contractual documents.
