Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager for our Spain Cost Management division. You will work with clients across real estate and infrastructure, taking ownership of pre- and post-contract cost management and tendering activities in a dynamic, collaborative team.

The role requires strong cost estimation, planning and reporting skills, with fluency in English and Spanish and the ability to work across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QS or Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish with report and bid writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and final accounts.
• Conduct estimating and cost planning, including presenting the final cost plan.
• Lead tendering and procurement processes, manage pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis and contract documentation.
