Job summary

Jobgether in Spain is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a U.S. civil litigation team entirely remotely. The role covers intake, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, coordinating depositions, and maintaining organized case files with attention to deadlines and procedural rules.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in litigation support, experience with U.S. courts, strong English writing, and proficiency with case management software and AI tools.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
• Experience supporting U.S. civil litigation and case management.
• Strong drafting, researching, and document preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with active civil litigation from intake through trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, deposition materials, trial documents, chronology, and damages.
• Manage discovery processes including collection, review, organization and production.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, conferences and trials.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital case files and track deadlines.
