Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a US law firm to hire a Business & Commercial Law Paralegal based in Spain. The role supports formation, governance, contract management, and complex transactions in a fully remote team.

You will manage due diligence, closing checklists, and corporate filings while coordinating with US attorneys and clients. Strong drafting, English communication, and AI-assisted workflows are required for a long-term remote position.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
• At least 2 years of experience with a US business/commercial law firm.
• Hands-on drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate records, and transactional documents.
• Experience with LLCs, corporations, partnerships, operating agreements, bylaws, and related governance documents.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with business formation, corporate governance, contract preparation, and commercial transactions.
• Prepare formation documents for LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
• Draft and revise operating agreements, bylaws, resolutions, consents, amendments, and governance documents.
