  • Prepare and submit court filings using applicable electronic filing systems.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized digital case files using legal case management and document management platforms.
  • Follow established procedures, documentation standards, and quality requirements while managing multiple cases and competing priorities.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.

  • Strong practical knowledge of U.S. plaintiff-side personal injury matters and experience managing cases from intake through settlement.
  • Demonstrated experience obtaining and organizing medical records, medical bills, insurance documentation, and other supporting evidence.
  • Hands-on experience preparing settlement demand packages and supporting settlement processes.
  • Proven ability to communicate directly and professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with bodily injury claims, insurance coverage, medical treatment documentation, liens, damages assessment, and settlement procedures.
  • Litigation support experience, including drafting pleadings, preparing discovery materials, and assisting with depositions, mediation, or trial preparation.
  • Strong understanding of statutes of limitation, court procedures, and case management deadlines.
