The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal or attorney experience and deep knowledge of U.S. trademark procedures. Strong English skills and reliable remote setup are required for long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years paralegal or attorney experience.
• 2+ years in a U.S. trademark or IP firm.
• Experience with USPTO and TEAS.
• Ability to work remotely with U.S. attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications and renewals.
• Maintain trademark portfolios and docketing.
• Assist with Office Action responses.
• Conduct trademark searches and monitor TTAB proceedings.
• Coordinate with international clients and counsel.
