As Head of Compliance, you will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance and risk management program. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You will collaborate with various departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the organization.

You will report to the Global Quality & Aftersales Director and be based in Madrid (Getafe). Collaboration will be required with the Global Sustainability Department, Internal Control, and Indirect Purchase Departments.

Compliance & Risk Management :

Oversee product compliance for all categories except Fragrances and Home Scents, including special projects like Salone di Mobile and global marketing initiatives.

Develop and maintain a compliance program aligned with legal requirements, industry best practices, and the LVMH roadmap.

Create and update compliance policies, ensuring they reflect current regulations and standards.

Stay informed on product regulations in relevant markets and organize regulatory monitoring with access to official documentation.

Implement and maintain a duty of vigilance program to identify and address human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain, including audits and inspections at vendors and suppliers.

Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and implement the organization’s industrial sustainability agenda.

Monitor and report on environmental performance within the industrial and supply chain scope.

Ensure compliance with traceability requirements in relevant markets.

Reporting and Monitoring :

Prepare compliance and risk management reports for senior management, including the Loewe Supplier Sustainability Committee and LVMH Duty of Vigilance Taskforce.

Investigate and resolve compliance violations.

Team Management :

Require 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably with complex international projects or manufacturing industries.

Possess sound knowledge of legal requirements, regulations, and manufacturing standards.

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written) is mandatory; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus.
