Flix is seeking a Regional Operations Manager based in Madrid to lead operations for Spanish bus partners, drive performance, safety, and service quality, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. You will train drivers, monitor KPIs, and manage launches of new routes to align with FlixBus standards.

The role requires regular travel across Spain, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a path to Transport Manager Certification within a year, with cost covered by Flix.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, strong communication skills.
• Experience handling operations in a dynamic environment with daily tasks and long-term projects.
• Ability to analyse reports and derive actionable solutions.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operational topics related to bus partners in Spain.
• Train and support drivers, conduct safety and quality inspections.
• Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with Flixbus procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee launches and improvements of new routes and stops.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance passenger and driver experience.
