Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Station Manager for our Madrid area station. Lead daily operations, manage a dedicated team, ensure smooth customer experiences, and drive profitability through effective fleet and budget management.

You will coordinate rentals, returns and cleaning, optimize fleet utilization, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all activities. Strong leadership and sales focus are essential for success in this role.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet; coordinate rentals, returns and cleaning schedules.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff; schedule shifts and manage workloads.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets; upsell services and manage station budget and costs.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and repairs; optimise utilization to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; maintain a safe environment and proper records.
