Flix in Madrid seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations for Spain-based bus partners. You will oversee onboarding, training, and safety standards while driving performance through KPI analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, with a hands-on and flexible attitude. Occasional travel across Spain is expected, and a Transport Manager Certification is planned within a year.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Operations or a dynamic daily environment.
• Native or proficient Spanish; fluent in English.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders (bus drivers, operations supervisors) with strong social and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to draw conclusions from reports and propose solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all operational topics related to bus partners, including onboarding, training, and safety standards.
• Train, support, and develop drivers and conduct regular bus inspections to meet quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve partner performance.
• Ensure compliance with FlixBus procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee launch and improvement of new lines and stops in line with FlixBus standards.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve passenger and driver experience.
• Plan to obtain Transport Manager Certification within one year (cost covered).
