Jobgether is seeking a Senior/Lead Recruiter based in Spain for a fully remote European role. You will own end-to-end recruitment across Europe, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to build high-performing teams.

You will source proactively, map talent, assess candidates, and close offers, while shaping processes and using data to improve hiring outcomes. This is a high-autonomy role with visible impact on organizational growth.

Formación

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-moving environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple European markets.
• Ability to map talent and build proactive pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Experience with structured interviewing and scorecards.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment for priority roles across Europe.
• Build proactive pipelines through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into search strategies.
• Define role outcomes, competencies, and interview processes.
• Assess candidates and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead senior and confidential searches when required.
• Use data to improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.
