IOM Madrid is seeking a data management specialist to coordinate information and data across all project activities. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing an information management strategy to ensure data quality for decision-making and reporting.

You will establish SOPs for data collection, storage, analysis, protection, and sharing, supervise data collection and analysis, and provide training to field staff on data procedures.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration or related field with two years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science with three years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma with five years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate information and data management across all IOM project activities.
• Design, develop, and implement the project's information management strategy.
• Develop SOPs for data collection, storage, analysis, protection, and sharing, adhering to Data Protection Principles.
• Develop, implement, and supervise information management systems for beneficiary tracking and project monitoring.
• Prepare regular reports and information products for donors, IOM, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and training to field staff on data management procedures.
• Ensure responsible, secure, and ethical information use in line with IOM standards.
