You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align initiatives and deliver outcomes.

The role covers strategic performance governance, agile delivery, and business transformation, requiring strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven +5 years experience in Senior PMO, Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders.
• Strong background in large transformation/change programs.
• Ability to work with senior leadership teams.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and governance skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO (+5 years of experience) to support several high-impact transformation initiatives within a leading international pharmaceutical company.

This role requires exceptional coordination, communication, planning, and governance capabilities, working closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across multiple strategic programs.

The successful candidate will help drive alignment, provide visibility across initiatives, manage governance activities, and support delivery teams operating in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Performance & Governance Initiatives (50%)

Support a large-scale business improvement program focused on enhancing performance measurement, reporting consistency, and operational alignment across multiple functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating activities across several cross-functional working groups.
• Driving stakeholder communication and alignment.
• Supporting planning, governance, and execution tracking.
• Facilitating progress reviews and steering meetings.
• Managing risks, dependencies, actions, and decision logs.
• Ensuring consistency in reporting frameworks and operating practices.

Agile Delivery & Portfolio Coordination (25%)

Act as PMO and Agile delivery support for strategic programs involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting planning cycles and delivery execution.
• Coordinating team ceremonies and project activities.
• Tracking milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Maintaining visibility of progress, risks, and blockers.
• Supporting leadership updates and executive reporting.
• Helping teams maintain focus and alignment on agreed objectives.

Business Transformation Programs (25%)

Support organization-wide transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes, operating models, and business performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring project plans and transformation activities.
• Coordinating with workstream leads and business stakeholders.
• Supporting governance forums and action tracking.
• Facilitating planning sessions and cross-team collaboration.
• Ensuring successful delivery against agreed milestones and objectives.
• Driving continuous improvement in project execution and governance practices.

Required Experience

• Proven +5 years experience as a Senior PMO, Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master in complex organizational environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders.
• Strong background supporting large transformation or change programs.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership teams.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and governance skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level, ideally C1).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated sectors.
• Exposure to data-driven transformation initiatives, reporting frameworks, or enterprise performance management programs.
• Agile delivery experience and/or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience working within international and matrix organizations.
