Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Barcelona area is seeking an experienced Senior PMO (5+ years) to drive governance, program delivery, and strategic transformation for a leading pharmaceutical organization. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align initiatives and deliver outcomes.

The role covers strategic performance governance, agile delivery, and business transformation, requiring strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven +5 years experience in Senior PMO, Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders.
• Strong background in large transformation/change programs.
• Ability to work with senior leadership teams.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and governance skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across cross-functional working groups and ensure alignment.
• Support planning, governance, and execution tracking for strategic programs.
• Facilitate progress reviews and steering meetings; manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide leadership updates and executive reporting on progress and blockers.
• Maintain visibility of progress, risks, and blockers across initiatives.
