IE University in Madrid seeks a Senior Associate Director to own the Master in Management and Strategy programs end-to-end, coordinating academics, student experience, and faculty relationships. You will supervise program design, policy, and complex student and faculty situations within the MIM and MIMStrat umbrella.

Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in operations or project management, with graduate education experience and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Experience in operations or project management with cross-functional ownership.
• Graduate program management or higher education experience.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end ownership of MIM Strat: academic calendar, student journey, faculty coordination and continuous improvement of the program.
• Daily management of student information and experience across the MIM programs.
• Lead transversal projects such as international exchanges, internships, capstone projects and dual degrees.
• Interact with students and faculty via meetings, email, presentations and info sessions.
• Define, implement and maintain program best practices and policies across intakes.
