IE University in Madrid is seeking an Associate Director for the Master in Management Programs to lead daily program operations and student experiences within the flagship MIM. The role reports to the Executive Director and supports international exchanges, internships and capstone projects.

You will collaborate with students and faculty, run info sessions, and uphold program policies while ensuring a high standard of service and delivery for a diverse cohort.

Formación

• Master's degree desirable.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 3-5 years of operations or project management experience.
• Knowledge of the Higher Education industry is a plus.
• Occasional international travel (1 per year).

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily program operations and student information throughout the program.
• Oversee transversal projects such as international exchanges, internships, capstone projects, dual degrees.
• Engage with students and faculty through meetings, email, and info sessions; maintain a professional, customer-oriented approach.
• Implement and maintain program best practices and policies.
