IE University in Madrid is looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead strategic initiatives and partnerships within the School of Arts & Humanities. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication in English and Spanish, and experience in the higher education sector.

This full-time position involves collaborating with various teams to support program growth and ensure effective marketing and communications for the School's activities. The successful candidate will require a Master's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• 4-6 years of similar work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in higher education, strategic project management, or business development.
