Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Product Specialist for Robotic Surgical Technologies Iberia to accelerate adoption and growth across Spain and Portugal. The role reports to the Marketing Director, Surgical Iberia, and collaborates with the Robotic Sales Manager Iberia and other stakeholders in a remote-based setup within Iberia.

The candidate will drive market development, strategic opportunities and stakeholder engagement while expanding robotic surgery programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology or Healthcare Services.
• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across Spain and Portugal; occasional travel to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and market development initiatives for Robotic Surgical Technologies Iberia (Spain & Portugal).
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and competitive dynamics to support growth.
• Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams to develop opportunities and customer plans.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, societies, and reference centers.
• Support educational, scientific and customer engagement initiatives driving awareness and adoption.
• Contribute to business planning, market insights, and growth strategies.
