Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Product Specialist for Robotic Surgical Technologies Iberia, based remotely in Spain (preferably Madrid). You will drive marketing, market development, and stakeholder engagement to grow the robotics portfolio across Spain and Portugal.

The role reports to the Marketing Director, Surgical Iberia, and requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and travel across Iberia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years in Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, or Healthcare Services.
• Experience in marketing, market development or commercial leadership roles.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across Spain and Portugal and occasionally across Europe.
• Experience in robotic surgery or capital equipment environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and market development initiatives for Medtronic's Robotic Surgical Technologies portfolio in Spain and Portugal.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and competitive dynamics to support growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategic opportunities and support customer growth plans.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, scientific societies and reference centers.
• Support educational, scientific and customer engagement initiatives that drive awareness and adoption.
• Contribute to business planning, market insights, value-based propositions and growth strategies.
• Operate effectively within a matrix organization, aligning stakeholders around shared business objectives.
