4finance is seeking a data-savvy analyst to own the customer journey and drive conversion and retention in a fast-paced, hybrid Madrid role. You will coordinate analytics from funnel to post-approval, document BRDs, and ensure alignment of technical solutions with the customer path.

Ideal candidates balance mathematical rigor with hands-on data skills (SQL, Python, BI tools) and fluency in English. Excel proficiency and exposure to Power BI are valued as well.

Formación

• Graduate with mathematics/technical background.
• Wants to develop in business analytics and also actively develop technical skills.
• SQL, Python, BI tools, Airflow, experience with DWH and large datasets.
• Understanding of event-based analytics, funnels, and conversion metrics.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency level in Excel.
• Desirable understanding of lending and financial management.
• Desirable experience in Power BI.
• Desirable experience in Python.

Responsabilidades

• Funnel analysis, conversion tracking, and churn / drop-off analysis.
• Customer Journey Product Owner.
• Preparation and documentation of BRDs and functional requirements.
• Understanding how technical solutions are embedded into the customer journey.
• Managing the customer path from the first visit to the website or mobile app.
• Driving customers to complete the full application, pass all verification steps, and accept the loan offer after approval.
• Working with the eligible customer base for repeat loans.
• Developing communication flows to return customers to the loan application process and to support repeat disbursements.
