Monzo in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future. You will leverage data to boost user engagement and shape product strategy with real-time analytics.

You\'ll work with Looker, SQL and Python to deliver insights, run large-scale A/B experiments, and empower cross-functional teams across Borrowing, Growth, Payments, and Core squads. This role offers a hybrid model with a competitive base salary, incentive awards, and a learning budget to develop

Formación

• Experience with quantitative analysis, data mining, and presenting data to inform product strategy.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; able to run large-scale A/B experiments.
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.
