You’ll own growth modelling and sales-enablement models, collaborating with Data Engineers and Sales Analysts to deliver actionable insights, with a focus on lead scoring, conversion, and profitability models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and ML models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A problem-solving mindset with data-driven solutions.
• Self-motivation and curiosity to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in Growth modelling by identifying opportunities and refining models.
• Develop and refine models for sales enablement and growth (Lead Scoring, conversion, profitability).
• Analyse and optimise sales data to enhance lead scoring and strategies.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Sales Analysts to integrate models into platforms.
• Support adoption of advanced analytics tools and interpret model outputs.
