Supermicro in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in the data center and cooling markets. You will identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive revenue through product promotion and go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development or technical sales within data center cooling, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed in Europe.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or product promotion within the data center, cooling technology, or related markets.
• Experience with marketing promotion processes and product promotion activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in data center, AI, and HPC markets.
• Drive sales growth and strategic partnerships for advanced cooling technologies.
• Promote and support server cooling products including immersion cooling, rear door heat exchangers, and direct-to-chip cooling.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to support customer engagement and solution positioning.
• Lead marketing promotions, trade shows, presentations, and product launches.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Build relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
