Supermicro is actively seeking a (Sr.) Project Manager to lead pre- and post-technical sales activities in new and existing opportunities. This role will work closely with Engineering, Sales and Extended teams to ensure technical design proposals meet customer requirements and align with onsite server rack installations.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in Civil/Computer/Electrical Eng with 8+ years PM experience.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and deployment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; travel-heavy and flexible for domestic/international.
• Fluent English; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales and FAE to understand customer requirements and onsite rack needs.
• Produce design proposals and delivery plans for server rack installations.
• Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with integration and production teams for prototypes and mass production timelines.
• Oversee project schedules and provide daily/weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead customer meetings to discuss timelines and rack deployment requirements.
• Regularly review status with internal teams to streamline onsite deployment processes.
• Ensure rack installation processes meet industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate logistics of rack deliveries and installations.
• Provide post-installation support and comprehensive documentation.
