Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Field Application Engineer based in Madrid to drive enterprise AI/HPC and complex infrastructure opportunities.

You will work with customers from ground to executive level, manage projects with internal and external teams, and ensure solutions meet customer requirements across compute, GPU platforms, storage, and networks. You will collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and services to validate feasibility, manage risks, and deliver successful

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, data center tech).
• Strong customer-facing communication for enterprise accounts and partners.
• Experience with accelerated computing platforms and data center integration is desired.
• Ability to coordinate across sales, engineering, product management, services, logistics, and other teams.
• Willingness to travel to support customer meetings and projects.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Enterprise AI/HPC, accelerated computing, and complex infrastructure opportunities in the region.
• Assist with end-to-end solution design including compute, GPUs, storage, and networking.
• Validate BoM, perform configuration reviews, and document solutions for opportunities.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings, workshops, and design reviews with accounts and partners.
• Support RFQ/RFP responses ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate solution feasibility and readiness.
• Identify and manage technical risks during design, qualification, and execution follow-up.
• Provide post-award technical follow-up to ensure solution continuity with customer expectations.
• Contribute to repeatable solution approaches and best practices for Enterprise AI/HPC.
