Formación

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product management focusing on user needs and outcomes.
• Track record of measurable impact on business metrics and user behavior.
• Ability to articulate business value, risks, user flows and multi-phase initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Build deep understanding of core users through research.
• Craft vision and strategy contributing to product roadmap and growth.
• Translate knowledge into a compelling strategy guiding CloudTalk's customers' outcomes.
• Lead customer discovery with Product Management and Product Design.
• Collaborate across teams to define solutions for daily challenges.
