Job summary

BrainHUB, a leading technology company specializing in IT integration and services, is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive the development and growth of its Data & AI solutions and services portfolio. You will define product strategy, shape value propositions, and manage lifecycle from discovery to launch, collaborating with sales, delivery, and technology partners in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technology services, cloud, data, AI or digital transformation.
• Experience bringing technology products or services to market.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and intelligent automation.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, positioning and roadmap for the AI services portfolio.
• Identify customer needs, market trends and new business opportunities.
• Design and evolve propositions across GenAI, Copilot, RAG, Conversational AI, Knowledge Mining, AI Agents and AI Managed Services.
• Define pricing models, packaging strategies, business cases and solution profitability.
• Lead go-to-market activities in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams.
• Develop sales materials and sales enablement tools.
• Work with enterprise customers to identify needs and validate value propositions.
• Coordinate with technology partners and cloud/AI ecosystems.
• Ensure that proposals incorporate security, privacy, data governance and Responsible AI principles.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through to launch, scaling and continuous improvement.

A leading technology company specialising in IT integration and services is looking for an AI Product Manager to drive the development and growth of its Data & AI solutions and services portfolio.

This role will play a key part in defining product strategy, developing new value propositions, and managing their evolution from initial opportunity identification through to launch and commercialisation.

What will you do?

• Define the strategy, positioning and roadmap for the AI services portfolio.


• Identify customer needs, market trends and new business opportunities.


• Design and evolve propositions across GenAI, Copilot, RAG, Conversational AI, Knowledge Mining, AI Agents and AI Managed Services.

What are we looking for?

A professional with experience in Product Management, Proposition Management or B2B technology services portfolio management, combined with a solid understanding of the AI ecosystem. We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technology services, cloud, data, AI or digital transformation.


• Experience bringing technology products or services to market.


• The ability to combine product, business, customer and technology perspectives.


• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and intelligent automation.


• An understanding of architectures and ecosystems such as Azure AI / Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AWS or Google Cloud.


• Experience with pricing, business cases, KPIs and commercial models.


• The ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing and technology partners.


• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
