Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the customer-facing conversational agent end-to-end across chat and voice. You will shape flows and interfaces in collaboration with partner design teams and in-house designers, driving day-to-day decisions and prototyping with AI tools to test candidate flows and interfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including principal or lead ownership of a customer-facing product.
• Hands-on ownership of a production voice product, with knowledge of ASR/TTS tradeoffs and latency budgets.
• Design fluency and ability to produce flows and mocks in Figma as a de-facto design lead.
• Deep partner-facing experience with enterprise clients in regulated industries.
• Data-driven approach focusing on metrics like resolution, containment, CSAT, and escalation quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Set the product bar for voice, including latency, turn-taking, and localization.
• Engage enterprise partners through discovery and launch decisions, translating needs into product choices.
• Partner with Solution teams on implementation and onboarding.
• Drive design daily in Figma and produce prototypes to test flows and interfaces.
• Define agent behavior, tone, escalation policy, guardrails, and edge cases.
