CloudTalk is hiring a Product Builder to own the problem-to-outcome lifecycle across core platforms, AI voice agents, and PLG surfaces. You will discover user problems, validate them with real customers, and ship AI-driven solutions end-to-end with speed and quality.

You’ll operate without fixed project boundaries, running several bets in parallel, learning from outcomes, and handing off scalable work to owning squads. Remote-ready across Europe with strong product impact expectations.

Formación

• Identify friction from real-user data and support tickets.
• Translate fuzzy problems into falsifiable hypotheses with metrics.
• Speak directly to users to uncover behaviors, not just requests.
• Run multiple bets in parallel and converge on high-value bets.

Responsabilidades

• Own problem-to-outcome lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Deliver end-to-end, across stack, with or without a dedicated PM/Designer.
• Instrument outcomes before shipping and decide to scale or kill.
• Work AI-first, designing repeatable, AI-native workflows.
