Factorial HR in Barcelona seeks a design leader to shape long-term design direction of the platform, focusing on end-to-end problem framing and system-level design. You will align with product leadership to connect complex journeys across domains and deliver coherent experiences.

You’ll test ideas with customers and AI-enabled tools, owning initiatives end-to-end to impact revenue and churn. This role blends design craft with agentic AI fluency and requires collaboration with senior stakeholders

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional product teams through ambiguity.
• Strong research and problem framing skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and mentor others.
• Shipped or prototyped agentic products.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver design across multiple initiatives with strong cross-functional alignment.
• Own problem framing, system-level design, and end-to-end initiative execution.
• Collaborate with Design Director and Product leadership to shape long-term vision.
• Mentor and align less experienced designers to raise team impact.
• Lead cross-silo efforts to create coherent experiences across domains.
• Use AI tools to prototype, test with customers, and validate solutions.
• Drive design decisions from problem definition through execution and live metrics.
• Champion a business mindset by linking user needs to business goals.
• Shipped or prototyped agentic products.
