Factorial HR in Barcelona seeks a design leader to shape long-term design direction of the platform, focusing on end-to-end problem framing and system-level design. You will align with product leadership to connect complex journeys across domains and deliver coherent experiences.

You’ll test ideas with customers and AI-enabled tools, owning initiatives end-to-end to impact revenue and churn. This role blends design craft with agentic AI fluency and requires collaboration with senior stakeholders

In this role you will shape the long-term design direction of Factorial’s platform, focusing on end-to-end problem framing and system-level design. You will align with product leadership to connect complex user journeys across domains, while delivering coherent, high-quality experiences. You’ll test and validate ideas with customers and AI-enabled tools, owning initiatives end-to-end to impact revenue and churn.
