Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Payment Solutions, is seeking a Product Analyst in Madrid to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, guiding delivery across teams. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations to deliver value in a complex payments environment.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product analysis, strong analytic and communication skills, and experience in Agile settings.
Formación
- Minimum 5+ years in Product/Business/Digital Analysis or similar.
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Experience with Agile environments and backlog refinement.
- Experience collaborating with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations.
- Familiarity with payments or operational workflows is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze business and user requirements to define product needs and priorities.
- Translate needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement and ensure stories are ready for development.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, Engineering and Operations to deliver.
- Validate functionality through QA/UAT and maintain product documentation.
- Identify gaps and risks, escalating when needed.
- Support release planning and cross-team coordination for smooth delivery.
