Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Payment Solutions, seeks a DevOps Product Manager / Platform Owner to define and drive the DevOps roadmap across its global payments platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Platform, and Security teams, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities to ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence.

You will translate stakeholder needs into user stories, drive CI/CD best practices, and shape cloud-native evolution while balancing

Formación

• 2+ years in Product Management (DevOps, Platform, or Engineering products).
• 3+ years in a technical role (Software Engineering, DevOps, Technical PM).
• Experience working in cloud-native environments.
• Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the DevOps roadmap across the global payments platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, Security, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
